This is a market research company. This is how market research is done. In the call I took, the company were canvassing opinion for the HSE, this is important work. If you ignore their call they will presume that you are not available and call back again. If you don't want to take the call, just tell the caller that you are not interested in taking part in the survey. They won't call you back. Try really hard not to be a dreadful human being to someone who has a job to do. And please stop with the 'Sounded

This number is connected to a SCAM do not reply to it . If you get a text saying there has been unauthorised transaction stating its Barclays. This is not true ! If you call the number, there will be a con-artist on the other end trying to get you to give them infomation so they can with draw all the money out of you account. They also use the telephone number 03330220286 or +443330220286 as part of this scam. if you see any of these, do not call them !

Called our house phone asking to speak to a Mr ****, my partner answered and said sorry no one lives here with that name, they got really angry with him and hung up. Have had a number of calls previously but when answered there is no one there, just lots of background noise. Do not trust this number.
SCAM: saying that the text if from santander but i call the number and no one answered and went to voicemail. which I'm pretty sure santander doesn't do standard voicemail.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 13442441xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with not-fault accident, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems) Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

As this is a principle of ASDL Service and not a surprise at all, I asked her to provide more information and she hung up.. Annoying, unprofessional... BT should investigate..
