Constantly calls me at all hours of the night and won t accept that I won t talk to them.

Has mental health problems and no support worker, someone has bought a bunch of stuff in accounts in my name. This is harassment considering another company was harassing me for the same reason, though they were nicer about giving me time to collect evidence. Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone. Not on contact list, phoned but left no voicemail so I’m assuming this was a nuisance call, if it was a genuine caller they normally leave voicemail, I only pickup calls if they are proven numbers in my contact list.

First they called tried to confirm that the were speaking to the person they were calling for. Annoyingly they would read back my address. Then they would ask if they could do a short survey. another time they have an Indian accent and sometimes they have an English accent. Sometimes Indian man. The English accent one wanted to know if there was central heating in the house. she went straight into the question despite me telling her she had the wrong name and number. Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below.
