Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.

Persistent calls asking for someone not known to me. I have had the same landline number for over 40 years.They just ignore my requests to remove my number. Have now blocked them.

Despite repeatedly asking to be removed from their calling list, they persist in calling 2-3 times a day. I ve stopped answering.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined.
