This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Scam call of a recording saying that it is from HMRC. Stating that it is the last chance to get in touch and call the number provided before a non bailable warrant is sent out for your arrest. Do not respond to it. Hang up and forget all about it!
