I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. Supposedly Peter Stokes from Relief energy - calling all homeowners in my postcode area because we're paying the highest energy prices. This is a BOT, asks questions, pauses and then goes on to the next question regardless of whether you have answered and what you have said - I just said 'TPS' in case it's a genuine company and there was someone picking up the answers, but I'm pretty sure it's a scam as others think and I can't trace a company by this name, so I will now report it to Action Fraud Phishing.
