Cold calling

Got a call from this number saying that I had successful PPI claim on a credit card and they needed UKASH voucher for their 10% commission - although I had never paid PPI on that card. A quick google check showed another cost trap with very similar number (02032864182) with almost identical MO. I shall therefore most definitely NOT be giving them any UKASH code, nor any other detail. Hopefully I can help protect potential victims.

Caller advised that they were a current supplier which is not true, went to check and called back to state that they are a supplier and continuously asked for the correct name as their records were outdated. Persistent nuisance caller.

I didn't answer

Informed me that I had been in an accident recently. I said "no, I haven't. Where did you get my number from?" The reply was "when exactly was your accident?...

Has rung me around 10 times in the last day, a couple of times I have answered and I the caller has hung up. I thing they are so used to people not answering, they are shocked when someone answers and he just hung up.

Payment Protection Insurance. They lasted 5 seconds. Number blocked.

Foreign lady saying her name was Susan supposedly doing a survey from the Benefits Office . I hung up straight away .

Called and the typical robot lady spoke before handing me to her supervisor - claims handlers looking for accidents and personal loss.

Fradulent caller. Pretending to be from Microsoft re problem on my computer. Wants you to give access to your computer so they can steal your information and or blackmail you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION & HANG UP

Called 3 times. Tried to call back but got a recorded message saying they didn't take incoming calls. Never heard of the company at all, and neither has google.

This number has rung all day long. When I did answer, a man said he was from the Telephone preference service, and said they could give me help with unwanted calls. Hung up.

Harassing someone who has given them my number. Calls continuously on different numbers. I ve told them 5 times I am not this woman. I don t know what else I can do.

This was about a competition I had supposedly entered over the phone (I hadn't) and was asking for further details

Persistent caller. When you call them back they can t tell you anything about Robinson Way.

This number called me and when I picked he dropped. Am curious to know who this person is.

I am absolutely sick and tired of these calls of this nature. Can t they be legally held for tormenting and ringing people s phones for their own marketing purposes.
