this was from one of several that I have received in the last 3 hours on my mobile. As I do not give out my mobile number except to family how did they get my number?

This number has rung me at 18.03 today 11 Aug saying if I did not want calls to ring a number that obviously could not remember, end of automated call. Guess ANOTHER SCAM

Received this call 08:15 on 27th January 2001. Threatening me with an arrest for a tax fraud lodged against my name. “Press 1 to get connected” If I choose to ignore this call ...

They were from bt saying we had technical problem with computer told them we didn't have a computer phone went dead.

I got a call 2 times once yesterday once today they never answer and this is on my magic jack phone

Persistant calls, have added to my reject list, but the phone still rings, thought it would auto reject the calls???

Just had a call from 01614863700 saying there were Action Assistants looked them up they are Action 365 Ltd Manchester just messaged on of there Head men on Twitter telling him to stop his staff cold calling what a pain

Fraud. Located in Clithero. Reported to Clithero police but they couldn't be bothered to investigate and told me to contact the fraud squad instead. They could have caught the culprit but weren't interested.

When ringing back, message states "the number you have dialled has not been recognised"

Silent call, I answered (didn't say hello first), waited 2 seconds and then the phone ended

Probably a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility.

Do not call this number or take a call from this number, part of Charles Smethurst (GPG) scamming again.

This is almost certainly a student from Oxford University calling as part of the annual campaign asking for donations towards their fees.

The blighters rang me again with their wretched recorded message telling me it was not too late to claim. I was under pressure, about to send an urgent email. I want to see these people prosecuted. If I thought I was entitled to a p.p.i. refund I would claim it myself, not pay some parasitic firm to do it for me and get half the money. These people are dangerous. They catch out innocent people.
