Said she was from talk talk and that she wanted to resolve internet issues . Ironically her name is supposedly Nancy Watson even though she could barely speak English.
Call at 6:15 pm on 14 Jan 16. Lady caller (with a very English voice) informed me that I might be due a refund from a company called ......(something)....Jones. I asked who the company is and she gave some information which did not make much sense. I then asked what does the company sell at which point she abruptly finished the call. That sounds like a scam to me!
