Called by this number between 8.10 & 8.40 for the past few days (27.10.20) but it cuts off when I answer. It also also doesnot take calls.

These are genuine people, they call you to remind you that you have a NHS/ Hosiptal appointment.

Please call me about this company as I m taking this and running with it. I have nothing to lose and am determined to stop this company in it s tracks and put these fuckers away. Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.
