Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. And probably this is not a bad idea to block the whole 02035198xxx range... Did someone answer this number people?

The caller said they were getting feedback on my insurer and was particularly interested in personal injury and whether it was settled. Most likely a discrete attempt at fishing for a potential personal injury claim.
