I too have just had exactly the same call as others from this Asian guy. I don t understand how these people can still be operating from the same telephone number without having been investigated and taken offline by the Police. This is the RSPCA and they try to bully you for money because you called them out once. If you say no, they make you feel bad for ever calling them. Their harrassment calls go on every day, sometimes 3 times a day, for months and they never leave a message. Lost all respect for RSPCA now.
