Thought it might be a scam so I contacted HSBC from the number on the back of my Business Commercial Card and they put me through to their Fraud Department who knew all about the contact request without me having to provide the reference number. Got a phone call from this number yesterday afternoon. The woman on the other end was very vague and very hesitant I literally had to squeeze out of her what it was she was calling about. Obviously a scam of some sort given how unprofessional she seemed. Anyway she said or rather mumbled something about a Govt backed scheme to wipe out most of my debts (that I don't have) I just told her I have no debts and those that I did have were paid up for years ago.
