Missed call from this number which left voicemail, very heavy African accent, female automated voice, sounded a bit garbled. Said someone was "filing a lawsuit against you, press one now to talk to your caseworker" I ve heard of this scam doing the rounds, I ve now blocked this number and registered it with "Should I answer" app as dangerous scam.

Same scam here. Glad I didn?t fall for it. Regret I was too polite.

this number called twice on 19/05/20 and when I answered no one replied probably a scam.

Calls telling me I am entitled to ?1000 pension addition. Requested dial 5 for more information or 9 if already received. I hung up. Obviously a scam.

asked for his no. name (damon) last name he did not know what his last name was??? called me from 01999 999 999 asked for mr and gave me mrs name when pushed, total wrong postcode etc after quite a long call (saved someone else from this person) he told me i was a stupid man for wasting his time. (who rang who?) DO NOT DISCUSS PERSONAL DETAILS WITH ANYONE WHO RINGS YOU, YOU RING THEM.

I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.

Simple rule, if the number isn t genuine, neither is the call.

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

Think that this is a scam text claiming to be from Vodafone. As when Vodafone normally contact me there is no telephone number from where the text is from.
