No idea which company, or who is behind it. missed 2 calls so far when ringing back it will answer with an american text to speech voice and play music while it connects you to whoever. waited and waited and then the phone hung up automatically. Unsure if this is a scam or just a neauseunce.

Exactly 24 hours laters calls begin claiming to be whatever mobile provider your voicemail said you were with (fake dealer scam). SCAMMERS, asked if they are speaking to (my full name), I said yes and they said they have received a notification to investigate my account. I asked what the reason was for that and they said "well you have outstanding debt that you pay each month, is that right?" I said no, I don't have any debt and they hang up. I've never had a loan, not even an overdraft. So yeah, not a legit number/business.
My phone blocked this number and reported it as SPAM no message left.
Something to do with appliance insurance. Keep calling, getting annoying now.

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number).
