Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't. Rang the number back they are Assist Financial Management but all you get is music & a muppet voice telling me how my call is very important to them and to stay on the line. Fraud. A robot called saying they will suspend my national insurance number for suspicious activity. I had to press 1 to talk to an agent, but just hung up.
