Fraud trying to steal money from people who have lost dogs. Pretending to have the dog but won't send pictures or anything until money is sent.
Almost certainly SPAM/SCAM as it called at the usual parasites'/pests' evening time, in this case 6.30pm. I missed a call from this number just now (3.4.23 at 12.51). My son works in Glasgow and I was worried that something might have happened. I tried to call it back x3 and each time, after a long pause, the call failed to connect.
