guys, just to inform you... do not respond to the missed calls from these numbers. i too get calls from numbers like these... +44 is UK code... i rcvd a msg frm my service provider asking not to respond to calls/msgs from such numbers...

Had several calls that I let ring out. Only answered so they d stop calling. Guy, said he was a representative of EE offering me deals. Lot of noise in the background, he got interrupted by something chiming very loudly. Listened to his spiel and politely explained I wasn t interested and took it well, until I mentioned that I couldn t afford one of the products he was offering that I was actually interested in and he rather rudely told me I should get a better paid job. This is BT s support number - after speaking with someone on live chat, they called me from this number.

I am really fed up with these type of constant calls, I am ex-directory and with the Telephone Preference Service I have complained about this number to Ofcom and will keep doing this every time I get these unwanted calls. It s about time the government did something about this constant harassment.

Calling eldery people not giving what company/department they are from must be a scam.
