SCAM Must be a scam this number randomly called me today. Automated voice saying it was HM revenue & customs claiming that there was a fraud case in my name that I needed to press 1 to speak to the officer on the case. That if I didn't sort it then I'd be arrested shortly. Load of bollacks if you ask me didn't bother pressing 1 & hung up straight away soon as the automated voice got out what it was obviously programmed to say. Probably would have tried to get some sort of financial detail

At 1050 30 October 2013 I received a call from a male calling himself "Keith" saying he was from Santander Bank and he wanted to talk to me about my account. He said he wanted to run through some security checks with me at which I said that I was not prepared to give any personal information on a "cold call" because, I told him, I was very suspicious. I rang them back and ascertained from them that they had bought a quantity of telephone numbers from various sources and their computer was ringing them trying to get a positive response to their FREE BOILER initiatave.
