Not sure what to label this - the call came on my work phone, no introduction, just an automated voice saying I would lose my national insurance number in court if I don't press '1' then it went silent, so I assume they wanted me to press the number and give them my bank deets

I still received a text with a code to enter to continue to use my account which also says if u didn't authorise this please contact o2. Did so and o2 knew nothing.
