SCAM Call Themselves 'Domestic Appliances'. Phoned numerous times, totally ignore Telephone Preference Service as they have been told I have registered for this service. They have no information on my appliance as it was fitted by friend who runs a business in this market. It is a marketing company trying to sell something (of what use I don't know). DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THEM. THEY ARE THERE TO RIP YOU OFF. PUT THE PHONE DOWN ASAP.

I thought I ll add this. All the replies are recent (nov 2013) I got one ring then it went off. This has happened twice on one week. Timewaster.
This is TAPA s number for their investigations team. I am registered with them to stop unsolicited charity advertising requests to my shop. Call them if your business is receiving charity advert calls if you want them stopping.
Fraud - got text telling me to click link claimed to be Santander re unusual activity on my bank. Warning me my account will be blocked if I don’t contact them. Rung bank who told me it will have been scam as they don’t send links in texts

I have just had a call from this number, when I answered they called me by my first name, said where they were calling from and I said I have not been involved in any accident nor has any member of my family. Someone from this number called me tonight - why do they think it s acceptable to call at meal times? or any time when I have not asked them to. I have done 1471 before and found they have tried to call me. TPS cannot seem to block them out. Do they not understand that most people do not trust them and do not want to speak to them?!!
Fraud - They pretend to be Royal Mail and say they want your email but your email doesn't work so will send a link. I reminded them Royal Mail DONT send SMS and they are frauds - they hung up!

Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
