We had 7 calls in one day from this number. They first asked for confirmation of address then started asking about direct debit and bank details at which point we hung up and didn t answer further calls.

Missed call - they don't like Call Guardian do they! That's how I know it's a cold call.

Left a text message on my mobile phone claiming they want me to give them my number so they can ring me back regarding a personal accident claim and how much I am entitled to. Except I don t have a personal accident claim. Obviously some kind of phishing text.

Second call of the day from this number. An Indian sounding man saying he was calling from the telephone preference service. About blocking calls. I just said I wan t interested and he ended the call

This number buggers me several times a day. Why is it that they keep calling me, when they have my mother s number and could contact her directly.... It s a legitimate number, as I ve checked with TSB themselves when they carried the first time. It s going on my block list.

They informed me that they now offer a free service to Unite members like myself where they will compare all of the different life insurance quotes that are available to me. I think they last called me around 2 years ago and are always very respectful. In a roundabout way, they are trying to sell a service, but at no point pressured me into buying anything. I think it's Solar UK. It's probably legit. I did request a call back a couple of days previous.

Claimed to be barclaycard calling about a refund which was processed through my payment acceptance facility. Left a voicemail asking me to call them back on a premium rate number. Seemed very professional but I do not deal eith barclays whatsoever.

I started my claim in October 2015, and to this date have received nothing. They are a nightmare to get hold off and don t have a clue about customer service. I m now struggling to get my ?500 back!!
