Went to Usay Compare to try and save money on my current health insurance plan. Not only did they save me over £100 a month but also significantly improved my cover. The representative Charles McGibney was polite and professional and I would certainly use them again. Janet Barker, Basildon.

'Matthew' (a mere recorded voice) called just now on this number, wanting to tell me something urgent & government related about the lagging installed in my loft. Yeah, right, it's a scam. I hung up.
I tried to book a room at The Principal Oxford Spires Hotel, Abingdon Road, OX1 4PS, Oxford and called a number 08448542910 indicated on their website. I had to call twice as there was an automated telephone service and no one was able to answer my phone calls. Last month I saw a charge of 1.38 GBP plus VAT on my phone bill!! What a wrong way to make money!! Looks like the hotel is doing that badly so they have to charge potential customers to simply book a room. According to the reviews on the above number
