If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.

Answered as was local number. Guy said something about calling back from CCD and went on immediate blurb about Legal& General, I think, and Life insurance. To be honest wasn't sure. I stopped him and asked where he was from again. When he answered and I replied "but I didn't call you" he then proceeded to tell me "Calling back" doesn't just me I Called them first, mumbled something else and hung up! so still none the wiser. Ultimately rude and can only be considered a cold caller.
