It s auto direct. I had 3 years free cover with them as part of my car finance agreement. They keep ringing asking for me and declaring my make and model of car and then hanging up. Wish they wouldn t hang up so I can tell them to do one. I had the best policy from from them which covered everything except for tyres, air filters, spark plugs and oil and when my suspension coil snapped they refused to pay for it.
SPOOF-CYBER SCAMMERS ... they claim my internet was compromised, ALL LIES, LIES, LIES. Close the call. Do not press any buttons on your phone.
