Received a call from a female. Stated Pension Review Service. Told me my name and address and DOB. Then passed me to a "Manager" and stated that a signing agent would come to my address. I agreed a time for them to attend so I could check them out. Obviously they didnt arrive. I checked the Pension Review Service Website which unsurprisingly had this number listed for a company posing as themselves. I called the number back and an auto-message says "Thanks for calling Think About Money, Please Leave a name

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Called me twice in quick succession, i caved-in and answered 2nd call as i thought it must have been important, it was possible it could've been someone i know, Manchester ...

Caller wanted to speak to Mr P..., a false name I once used with another cold caller. He confirmed my name (Mr P.... ), address and phone number. He wanted to conduct a survey. When I asked him its purpose he ended the phone call.

This number is Santander. They contacted me when I tried to make a large transaction via Western Union and needed to confirm it was me. I was successfully able to make the transaction after the call. Very helpful.

The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.

received call from unknown number so didn't answer the call. When i checked the number it was autodials following up on a booked appointment.

I ve been called daily by this number but I have a call blocker on my android phone called "Truecaller" (I am not a salesman) which filtered it straight away. It does have apps but is very effective for nuisance callers. Hope this helps.
