Missed call Came up on my phone as suspected spam, however when I searched the number on Google it brought up a street address in Bournemouth!
They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.
I answered the call but it was silent at the other end. Damn nuisance. Not the first time they ve called me but this time looked it up on the internet. Reported the number to Ofcom
when called back it says this number not operational

I had a call from 0161 524 5263 but the caller rang off before I could get to my phone. Within seconds the phone rang again, this time showing 020 4538 7049. I thought it all must be some sort of scam so didn't answer and no messages were left.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. I live in Madrid (Spain). I have a Spanish mobile number. I have received a call from this number and I suspect they want my email address just to get the association between my phone number and my email address, who knows why... Maybe to try to hack my email box and my bank accounts users...
Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.
