I immediately recognised the code and first two digits of the second part of the number because I used to live in a village with the same code, 01761, followed by 45; the same as our old landline. The caller said he was ringing from BT's "unwanted call blocking service". Before they could ask anything more I told I am not interested as this sounds too good to be true and at the end I might end up wasting time and might give some valuable information.
