Legit. Checks out with what is listed on the HSBC UK website. Though the call quality was very bad. Also, you know it's a genuine bureaucratic banking process when they ask for 10 different details to confirm your identity. I swear the support lady could just identify theft the hell out of me at this point.

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. Especially as it appears to me a mobile number and not a landline

I only found out about it due to a different investigation regarding “crossed lines” or someone basically listening in on my calls! Considering I'm disabled and get all my meals delivered ready-made that didn't happen. I suspect my details were passed to them from five years ago when I tried Hello Fresh. I've received multiple calls a day from D2MS and I decided to answer this latest one, all from different numbers.
