Called them back as I couldn t find out any information. Claimed they deal with "personal matters" and when questioned about debt collection, they couldn t comment. Quick google search told me all I needed to know.
This is definately a legitimate number of TAPA s as the guy that rang me from the number confirmed my account password and my account number.
