This number called me at 7:36 am on a Monday morning! I'm a retired person so I don't get up before the sun and at 7:36 am the sun is still in bed in Greater Manchester. I did jump out of bed but didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. Apparently the call originated in Thanet which Google tells me is in Kent. As I know of no reason why someone from Thanet (which I'd never even heard of) should phone me at an ungodly time of day I can only assume this was a scam call.

Scam. Cheery guy knows your details but tries to get you to confirm a code to link your card to a virtual wallet. Database must be leaked somewhere. Don’t fall for this.

They texted me as if they were CV library however they tried asking me for my bank account details via a text. This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.

Got a call from this number, recorded message saying my Amazon account due to run out, and £87 had been taken from my bank, if I didn't want to keep amazon to press star button. As I dont have amazon. I knew this was a scam. checked my bank everything as it should be. Please be care full, as getting worse
