Telemarketing Very insistent lady who said she was from “Expert Savers” who wanted me to answer questions. I asked her to remove my number from her list as I do not want this type of call. She kept on trying to engage me in her questions and I had to hang up. Number blocked.

Noone has my mobile number, and it nevers rings but today it did after i did apply for a new PAYG Sim Card for free from what i thought was genuine o2 web page advertising. If they are genuine and it s a courtesy call then fine, otherwise these could be scamartists trying to confirm your details by tricking you into surrending them online thinking its for a free sim card and cloning o2 s advertising website style. Be careful!

Called this number back & she claimed to be from HMRC who apparently have served me with two warrants around miscalculation of Tax. They apparently called at my home on two occasions during lockdown when I was home and not allowed to leave me house. She was very plausible, giving me a name, badge number and warrant ref numbers. This number has rung my elderly mother claiming that she has one £50,000 and all she needed to do was transfer £400 into an account. Instantly, we knew this was a fraud. Yet they were willing to send a taxi round to my disabled mother to take her to the bank to deposit this money. SCAM

SCAM; This is an scam NHS site which tricks you into paying for a certificate and maybe tries to steal your bank funds. Newcastle NHS has already issued a warning and says the site has already been taken down but its clearly risen again via this tel #. Don't touch it.
I believe this number is hoping that you will call back to charge you a premium. The line clicked and buzzed when I answered it but no one spoke at all . Why else is someone from Russia calling me?
