SCAM - scam baiters who bought Sky number ranges and are cold calling victims trying to claim to be the ISP. Tosser kept calling me "bro". I first asked him to confirm my IP address (dynamically allocated) and he gave me something he made up - that didn't have all 4 sets of numbers. Sky have been asked about this and aware of these scammers.

Only wanted to speak to owner of business. When asked about his company he gave the company name. When I asked what they did he spoke to me as if I was stupid and said "we finance Companies". When I said we were ok thanks he sneered as me and said "yeh right", so I said goodbye and hung up. Whatever they are trying to sell they will get no customers with that attitude. Do not answer unless you want to be spoken down to.

Message sent claiming to be my child and to block their old number and text this new number from now on. I asked which child and was told to guess... amazingly I guessed the name correctly! Asked if I was a council house tenant If I have any cracked walls... which I coincidentally do but I don't confirm...I Kept Pressing Him: How They Have Number and Name (if only in part). He remainded polite and calm but still keen to get more information, WITHOUT giving HIS organisation's details.

This number rang my mobile phone this morning. I didn't answer as I don't answer numbers that I do not recognize. Then I ran a search and found all these notifications of it being, AS I SUSPECTED, a scam number. Needless to say, I won't be ringing them back!
