Asked if I wanted help with my loans and ppi - i queried what loans and ppi - they eventually admitted they don t know what loans or ppi - so i declined. I was then informed by the experienced sales person that he supposed ignorance is bliss and if I want to live like that then so be it. There s a four letter word with his name all over it... needless to day despite many times of asking them to scrub me from their databases they continue to pester me with inane rubbish.
I received a call from this number today (14.04.23) - did not pick up phone but they left a message, that there have been "unusual activites/transcation" on my card (not mentioned which one). They asked to press #1 to cancle these transactions or #2 to speak to a member of their support team. COMPLETE SCAM!

Just annoying attempt togain control of home computer as previous poster detailed. Purported microsoft engineer calls to victims home with all information of target (address tele#) saying hacker trying to acccess your PC and then directs individual to website for downloading software whose purpose is to allow caller remote control of home PC. I joined vanquis a few months ago, I had no idea how vile the company actually is! I paid 70 pound last month and my minimum payment of 15 pound and I have had 10 calls in the past 3 days. They are sneaky though using up to 7 different numbers. Bare in mind my job salary is only 450 a month and I live in my own house so 70 pound is a huge amount for me to pay.
