I was asked if I had applied for a job they were advertising through Total Jobs.

Voice told me I had a virus on my pc and he could get rid of it. I said "How dare you get rid of my virus, I love it. I ve just bought it a new pink outfit and am taking it on holiday and I buy it birthday and Christmas presents. It is my friend and I don t want you to get rid of it". One very confused caller hung up in despair.

a man with an accent called and it was clear from what he said by way of introduction that it was an unwanted call. Managed to get him to give us the number.

Claimed to be paid by Microsoft, insisted I switch on my computer which supposedly had a virus. Resisted and argued when challenged, became abusive and continued to try to persuade me (but failed). Only unintelligible voicemail received from unknown number several times within a couple of hours.

Claims to be from BT . Talking about internet services corrupted with malware. Says he is speaking from Liverpool area. Treated as a malicious call.

Call this morning from someone purporting to be from BT saying my line was being hacked. BT have confirmed it was not from them.Scammers at work again.

Called from 01527 549490 asking to call this 0845 number - claimed to be from British Gas

Repeatedly receiving silent calls from this number, despite being ex-directory and on the TPS.

Now using 0161 850 1033 same story,they and others pressurisng my wife to make a claim following a minor car accident 2 years ago. I grabbed the phone and told them to drop it I would be taking action. Reported to ICO.org.uk and blocked the number. My business suffered through fraudulent claims and people need to make a stand against these parasites
