Beware, all the makings of a scam to get your card details.

Missed call My mobile rang only a few times then stopped, I suspect either a check the number is active, or get the number to call back, I learnt this is a London code but I know no one from London that has this number. I would think there could be a scam somewhere in this.

I had a call from this number yesterday the caller said he was from British Gas to arrange a service I wasnt convinced that he was genuine and I asked him how I could be sure that he was from British Gas he immediately hung up Although this is a genuine BG number scammers can mimic numbers to make it look like the call is legitimate I will log into my British Gas account when I want to book my HomeCare service

The callers are NOT british and they are NOT calling from Cardiff Wales (even though thats the number showing on calls). They are trying to con UK residents, dangerous callers. Dont answer their calls.

They have phoned my office number about 10 times and I haven't answered. Since my office number has voicemail it is rather surprising they haven't just left a message if they were a genuine caller. Therefore I believe these to be scammers. SCAM

I was called at about 11.35 am today with a recorded message saying that my card had been used to pay £700+ on Amazon and £2000 international money transfer, asking me to press 1 to speak to someone, which I did not do. I strongly suspect that this is a scam.

Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. A man said he has been trying to get hold of me and is from an Energy company. As I don't like calls out of the blue I told him put information in the Post and quickly put the phone down.
