Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

Scam for Amazon £300 order & Money transfer £1000.

Probably not a call from Orpington - there was a clicking before a connection was made suggesting a spoof number. A south asian female voice asked for me by name. I said not me and asked who she was. The call was then immediately ended at her end. In my view this is highly likely to be a dangerous scam call.

Bank Scam: Call to my landline - a recording of a female robotic voice with an American accent told me that 2 transactions has been made on my card that were potentially fraudulent. The recording went on to tell me the transaction details and told me to press 1 to authorise them or press 2 to speak to someone

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. Be mindful if you receive a meme or messages via WhatsApp from him, suggest you delete it straight away and block him. In addition, if you receive a message/meme from a contact in your phone that they normal would not send delete it. As a badly disabled person tthe number cuts me off just as i am about to answer it, I find that i cannot keep up with these calls they make me worry about them could it be the hospital calling me about my recent Heart operation results?

This number called me on 16/02/2023 at 10am and was a auto-mated message claiming to be from bank security. It's a scam call.
