A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). SCAM - didn't recognise the number so I rejected it.. Straightaway I had an electronic voice mail advising it was HRMC and I needed to call them back other wise I would need a solicitor and face legal proceedings. They obviously think I was born yesterday!
