Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. AO ringing to confirm delivery, able to change date to earlier convenient date. Had enough of my details to see that I never buy extended warranty so didn t try to flog me any. Friendly, courteous and helpful; would have given 1 score but the chap was quite slick and so I thought again after call to check with websites like these to make sure that it was genuine!

Ringing this no back, recorded message claiming to be NHS & say they will call again. Some sites say this is an appt reminder, but it s certainly not that in my case. A search on my local NHS, Betwsy Cadwalader shows no knowledge of this number. I have now blocked this caller.
