Cuando le digo que no me llamen más o pondré una queja por violación de RGPD, me dice chillando y con palabras maleducadas que es la primera vez que me llama, que si yo solicito información (que es mentira) el RGPD no es válido, y me cuelga dejándome con la palabra en la boca. My husband passed the call to me as it related to my washing machine insurance renewal so I did not hear any name or how the call started. He did rather a hard (and fast) sell with a reduced annual figure but taking 3 years immediately. He seemed to have details of my current annual figure. I checked with D&G who deal with the insurance and they did not recognise the phone number as belonging to anyone working for them.
