She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. This number called and said they had evidence there had been fraudulent activity on our broadband - may have said they were from BT, but my elderly dad took the call initially and is now worried about this. Been getting a lot of these calls recently, they seem to come in waves.
