This number has called me relentlessly trying to get information from me. I have bipolar and have no issues with my benefits claim. They keep stating that I need to send them my bank statements and have refused to give me her employee number or managers number or a contact for the department she works for.
Somebody purporting to be "Ellie from Options" texting me about my non-existent job application, asking for my address, email address, national insurance number, copies of passport, birth certificate, proof of national insurance, copy of my Cscs card (whatever that is!) back and front, 2 x working references. they called me twice no caller id claiming to know the last four digits of my card, part of my address (which was wrong) and saying i made a transaction on the weekend which i did not, they sent me a code and it said to add my card to their apple pay, so obviously they were trying to take my credit card details and commit fraud on my account, they kept saying im verified my identity they then went silent when i said ill call my bank, called bank and they said yep my account is secure and that was a phising.
