They are calling our telephone number in excess of 10 times a day -each time using a different tel number. East time we receive a call we ask that our number is removed from their calling list but they refuse to remove it. We have made it very clear that we don t want their calls. Im confused about these. I answered a call yesterday when I was at work. She said she was from virgin and needed to discuss my account. She wouldn t say why or give any indication as to what the call was about until I went through a security check. This number called and said they had evidence there had been fraudulent activity on our broadband - may have said they were from BT, but my elderly dad took the call initially and is now worried about this. Been getting a lot of these calls recently, they seem to come in waves.
