This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

SCAM - Tax scam wanting your personal details. They hung up when I refused to hand over details and asked them to pull up my details from the call record.
Got call from guy trying to sell Anglian windows, when i said i wasnt interested and told him i should not receive marketing calls anyway on my line, he kept calling me and then putting the phone down, this happening about 20 times in one evening. Avoid them like the plague.
