Called while I was out, never left a message.

Had about seven missed calls from them, I rang them back and it said to me there is a problem with a connection every time. Finally caught the call on the seventh attempt of them calling me and there was absolutely nothing on the other side.
Private number
This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.

Threatening phone call, saying arrest warrant out for tax fraud. DO NOT ANSWER!!!

I forgot to pay a council tax for 2 months and they have sent me a letter that i need to py the full amount in total i had to pay ?712 So i phoned them and they spread the cost for a weekly instalments. they just calling to collect the weekly payment. its not a Spam or Sales call. If they are calling you better call them back ASAP . :)

SCAM A man tried to tell me that my money was locked in the blockchain. I asked him to explain the blockchain to me and when I told him that he was wrong, he became aggressive. After doing a bit of digging, this is a Skype number and the caller is not in the UK at all.

This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.

Asian male claims to be Joe from Sky insisting on selling me Sky Breakdown cover. Up to 5 calls a day. 1471 results in poorly worded computer generated message re tv repair. He was very upset when I asked him to stop talking and to listen to me. He continued in very, very broken English to talk. I told him never to call again and to remove my number from his list.
