After dozens of missed calls from this number - I never answer a number I do not recognise - I rang back the 0207 number and got a recorded message with another number to call to unsubscribe - 0207 619 7888. You need to quote the number they ve called you on and tell them it s Shelter, as they re obviously a telemarketing company with a number of clients. I donated to Shelter by text and since then have been plagued by these calls at all hours. Waiting to see if they re as good as their word...

Fraud and Bitcoin scam. They present very nice case that you are owed money back from the Market Cube and trick you into paying money into Binance.com account under your name. Then they transfer money to another bitcoin account that they say is yours and actually has nothing to do with you. They convince transfers need to be done to confirm your identity and so that they can pay you money back without suspicion of money laundering. Absolute scam.

If this really is HSBC s fraud dept they are staggeringly incompetent and l am by no means convinced that it is. Question of whether there has been fraud on my account remains unsolved - l was unable to give the exact year that l opened my account - approx 40 years ago - and so failed my telephone security check . Called about insurance on household appliances. Got the make of my washing machine and TV wrong. I asked what sort of cooker I had, gas he said, I don’t have gas in the house. I asked what bank I used, got that wrong too. When I told him he rang off!! Very rude????????

Rings my mobile between 4 and 6 times a day 7 days a week they have done this now for 3 months very annoying.
Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I ve got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can t have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.
