SCAM: The number 08000478737 is on a letter supposedly from Trading Standards saying a wine investment company I have shares with has gone bust. The letter comes with an Insolvency Service form to complete regarding my shares, and that i must complete it in order to get full value of my shares returned. I must telephone the number to give the answers. Except, the wine company hasn't gone bust & Trading Standards don't send out these kind of letters.
This is something... indian (chinese? doesn't matter) call centre offering personal loans, inviting you via sms or email to call them for your personal loan (you have never applied for). Don't even think about calling them - premium rate, block the numbers...
