Received text from this number asking me to pay a £2.70 Royal Mail shipping fee by Sat 27th Feb 2021 or parcel will be returned to sender. Went to Royal Mail website - does not recognise the ref number they added to a link in the text. Think it is a scam.

I got an automated call from this numer telling me I was accused of tax fraud and if I didn't press 1, a warrant would be issued and I would e arrested shortly. I think we can safely say this is a scam.
Called did not answer think it was car insurance as hv been on line for quotes so hv blocked as Direct Line too expensive

Call came in as "Washington Call" no one on the line when I answered. Getting a lot of these calls from various numbers. I block them all.

I think this organisation is trying to get people to sign up to let them pursue PPI claims and the like. They hung up when I asked them for their number so that I could pursue a claim with the TPS. 1471 came in handy.

I answered, a young chap informed me his name was Jonathan and then the phone call was disconnected.
SCAM A recorded message from 'Crystal at BT technical support' to tell me that they had detected that 'your security has been breached; dial 1 to speak to BT technical support. Clearly a scam of some nature, I didn't bother to dial 1 to find out what exactly.

This following is clearly obvious “Royal Mail were in Strike on the 24th Dec”. These stupid Thieving Clowns. Said they were from Virgin, and that they'd picked up drops in wifi. As I am with virgin I went along with it initially, but it rang warning bells as was to my work internet phone number (working from home atm). They asked if I was owner of number and bill payer of internet phone line, said no it was for work, and where had they got number, and they hung up.
