Let them ramble on for a bit; apparently I could be owed thousands in PPI claims, which they would chase for me for only 30% of it. For reassurance they gave me a different callback number to the one that had rung on my mobile, then asked if I would speak to my bank and request PPI information on their behalf while they kept me on hold. Same thing happened to me. They have called me 5 times in 3 days and although I answer they continue to hang up.

Original call number came in as V21309255500012, when picked up and answered, no response, just silence. After hanging up, hit CID button (caller ID) and the new number was revealed as 1-778-555-0161, a number from British Vancouver.
