Young woman claiming to be running a survey on behalf of the NHS. Seemed reasonable at first but then wanted more private details. Once she knew I was a pensioner, she started calling me 'Sweety' and 'Darling'. At that point her unprofessionalism made it likely that this was a scam.

Scam number impersonating virgin money. I received a text which appeared to be from virgin money “this is your one time passcode to debit your account (amount) to pay (company). If this was NOT you call us on 03309124638” I called Virgin money directly using their actual number from the back of my bank card to report it, it’s definitely a scam.

Call centre noise in background. Caller asked for "Mr or Mrs *my surname*" I asked who's calling, she said they're caling about the Health & Safety check for the loft insulation. Complete fiction. I told them they had the wrong number and to remove it from their system. Obvious data phishing scam.

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with some accident claims company, block it...

My aged mother in law had a call from them saying they wanted to renew her prevention of nuisance calls. She asked me to speak to them as she could not clearly hear them. They said she had previously had this service and it had expired. Fraud. Said they were from virgin media saying that my router was giving off notifications. So no confirming of my name or any security questions. Total fraud. Told them I would ring virgin media later as Im having no problems, they hung up.
