Call center Pertaining to be from Whoopsie.co.uk. Another boiler maintenance company. They actually seem to be a legitimate firm offering alternative boiler maintenance contract as insurance brokers.. However, I am already with British Gas and have no problems with them and also 7 month left on the contract. Rather pushy sales rep who insinuated I had wasted 20 minutes of her time. In that case, job done at this end I would say.

Had a call from them today, I could here them in the background but would not speak to me, all I heard was them having a conversation about a client & the language they used could not be repeated on-line so my advise is beware
SCAM - This number called, automatised voice, telling me that HMRC has a case of fraud against me and if I didnt press 1, a warrant would be issued. I know that if HMRC wanted to get hold of you, the first thing they do is sent you a letter.

SCAM they’ve called twice now, yesterday and today, yesterday no message, but today they left an automated voicemail that said you must dial 1 when speaking to us or a warrant will be issued and you’ll be arrested soon, it’s not a company known by google so I’m assuming it’s a scam due to the words on the voicemail

I got an automated call from this numer telling me I was accused of tax fraud and if I didn't press 1, a warrant would be issued and I would e arrested shortly. I think we can safely say this is a scam.

I have reported them to the fraud squad along with emailing my bank to see if I can get the money back through them as I too, borrowed money to do this. SCAM call asking to speak to a person who doesn't exist at my address - when asked who was calling, he said he was calling about the washing machine warranty that's expired and he was calling to offer a renewal. I asked him what washing machine and he said 'the washing machine manufacturer's warranty - i.e. didn't answer the question. I asked him who the company was and he said PYG - when I said, never heard of them, no such person as you requested and we're on the telephone preference list, he hung up.
